3-DAY HORSEBACK TREK AROUND BOKONBAEV
This horseback trek can be done all year round. It includes one night spent with a falconer and three days of horseback riding, accompanied by an experienced guide-groom and docile horses.
DAY 1:
BOKONBAEV – TUURA SUU
You will begin the trek at around 9:00 am from the village of Bokonbaev. The guide-groom will pick you up directly from your guesthouse with the horses. You will then set off on a 3-hour horse ride to the home of a falconer, where you will have lunch and watch a demonstration of eagle hunting.
In the afternoon, if you wish to continue riding, the guide will be happy to accompany you.
Dinner with the same family.
Overnight stay in a yurt.
DAY 2:
TUURA SUU – KARALA ARCHA
Departure after breakfast, following the Jazy-Kechu River, then climb up to the site called Panorama, which offers a superb view of the lake and valley. During the descent, the guide may ask you to walk some sections on foot for safety reasons.
You will then continue on horseback and arrive at Karala-Archa, a charming place surrounded by numerous fir trees.
Dinner and overnight stay with a local family.
DAY 3:
KARALA ARCHA – BOKONBAEV
Return to Bokonbaev via a different route. Along the way, you will enjoy magnificent views of the lake before reaching the village.
Lunch at your guesthouse.
